As a key player in the intersection of sports and media, we’re committed to ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of performance and quality.

We are seeking a QA Analyst with hands-on experience testing OTT platforms including Fire TV, Apple TV (tvOS), and Roku with experience in commerce, analytics, and live events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering smooth, high-performance streaming experiences to millions of fans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual QA testing on Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku
• Use tools like Charles Proxy, Postman, and Wireshark to capture and debug traffic and API behavior
• Validate in-app commerce flows (subscriptions, purchases, transactions) across OTT platforms
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting by verifying analytics events (e.g., with Adobe, Google Analytics, or other platforms)
• Write and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts based on business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and third-party vendors
• Track and manage bugs using Jira, and provide clear, actionable reports for development teams
• Perform smoke, regression, and exploratory testing for regular deployments and urgent fixes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA process improvements
• Stay up to date with device platform updates, compliance standards, and certification changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on connected TV platforms (Roku, Fire TV, tvOS)
• Demonstrated ability to validate commerce flows and analytics implementations in media apps
• Experience with QA tools such as Charles Proxy, Postman, TestRail, and Wireshark
• Familiarity with SQL for backend data verification and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of Agile software development processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a collaborative mindset
• Bonus: Exposure to test automation frameworks or scripting (e.g., Selenium, Appium)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
