Qualifications

QA Analyst Lead

Primary Skills

• Web and manual testing
• Should be able to create test cases, use cases, FSD
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Should follow Systematic working like use of Reporting System like Bugzilla
• Should have multitasking ability

Knowledge of MAC OS, Mobile device testing etc.

Role/Responsibility

• Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
• Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
• Perform quality audit to ensure quality standards and procedure are being followed by the QA Team.
• Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement.
