Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Quality Analyst II to join our Hyve Solutions division. The role focuses on data-driven quality improvements, database queries, and KPI reporting within a manufacturing environment for technology products.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure non-conforming material records are managed, and support ISO documentation and audit readiness. Strong Excel, SQL, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information System or relevant discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of SQL language, such as MySQL, MS SQL.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point with strong bias towards Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus throughout the day.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and analytical support to the quality department.
• Records data accurately and creates quality KPIs and reports.
• Prepares external and internal reports / KPIs.
• Understand relational database architecture and run queries.
• Maintain records and KPIs for non-conforming material and support ISO documentation.
• Assist with RMA and document control.
• Maintains ISO intranet documentation and file management.
