The International Rescue Committee (IRC) invites applications for a Quality Assurance Analyst within the METAL Unit to support data toolkits, Power BI dashboards, and the Azure-based data warehouse for CRRD programs.

This hybrid role is open to candidates in New York, London, and Nairobi, requiring strong testing across data pipelines, dashboards, and multiplatform UIs with a focus on user-centric solutions and timely releases.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of data application testing experience and full testing lifecycle
• 2+ years QA experience testing data processes and products (ETL, dashboards)
• Experience with low/no-code platforms (CommCare, PowerApps) is desirable
• Experience with Jira for bug/test management
• Knowledge of multilingual/multicurrency testing is a plus

Aufgaben

• Translate requirements into detailed test plans and test cases
• Lead testing efforts and ensure timely release
• Test data quality in Power BI dashboards and data pipelines
• Verify cross‑browser and mobile compatibility
• Manage regression and UAT testing processes
• Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams
• Maintain test documentation and risk mitigation plans
• Identify defects and recommend improvements
• Conduct test case reviews and communicate timelines
• Ensure testing aligns with Agile/Scrum practices
