Job summary

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a METAL QA Analyst to join the Data Toolkits team. You will test, validate, and support CRRD’s data products, including CommCare, Power BI dashboards, and Azure-based data pipelines.

You will collaborate across locations, write test cases, and drive release-quality assurance in an Agile environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data application testing, experience with ETL and multilingual testing, and strong communication skills to partner with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
CSQA, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification preferred.
3+ years of data application testing experience with QA lifecycle.
Experience with ETL pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses, and data quality.
Proficient with Jira for bug and test management; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into detailed test plans for functional, integration, and regression testing.
Lead Agile testing activities and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
Perform data testing on PowerBI dashboards and data pipelines.
Verify data accuracy across systems, migrations, and multilingual platforms.
Develop and execute test cases, maintain regression suites, and sign off releases.
