What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to understand project goals
- Complete various testing types, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple platforms
- Assist in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to support project deliverables
- Track defect lifecycle from identification through resolution, collaborating with developers and project teams
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving QA processes, efficiency, and consistency of deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on QA experience in testing software applications
- Experience testing across multiple platforms, including web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with cross-browser testing tools and web service validation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C#) or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and accessibility testing tools
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Appium)
