Infosys is looking to onboard a seasonedTechno-functional Senior Associate Consultant (primarily functional) with Oracle EBS Financeskills. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting Oracle EBS Application for our clients. The selected candidate is also responsible of completing the work by coordinating with internal and external teams and communication with leadership team on timely basis at various stages. Role includes interactions with customer process consultants, business SME and Technical members to understand and analyze various processes. Role will also derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the discussions.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMinneapolis, MNor be willing to relocate to the area. It is 100% onsite job and remote work is not accepted. This position may require travel in the US.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT.
- Hands on experience in production support of EBS Finance (GL, AP, AR, Collections, Credit Management, FA, EB Tax, i-Expense, Sub-ledger Accounting).
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Candidate primarily should have good implementation/support experience in finance module of EBS.
- Should be able to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
- Testing and deployment of custom solutions for finance module.
- Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
- Onsite-offshore communication and work management.
- Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience with lean / agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Should be well versed with support processes (incident management, problem management, change management, RCA, etc.).
- Experience managing team size of 3-5 would be a plus.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Minneapolis, MN: $62,074 to $86,224
