Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 for the Financial Services unit in the United States. The role requires hands-on Python development, automation, and strong experience with CI/CD, release management, and cloud-native deployments on AWS.

You will liaise with clients, manage SDLC processes, and help estimate efforts and budgets. The candidate should have experience in Agile/Scrum, enterprise applications, and a willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development, automation, scripting, and application support.
• Expertise in Release Management, CI/CD, Configuration Management, and Tier 3 Production Support.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise apps using Python, Java, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native deployments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting large-scale enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes to align deliverables with client requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and expectations.
• Contribute to creating project budgets aligned with scope and strategy.
• Identify scope changes and client requests, assist in effort estimation, approvals, and sign-offs.
