Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Mid-Level Python Fullstack Developer. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our enterprise solutions and be part of a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Python and related technologies.
• Take ownership of end-to-end software development, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and integrate LLMs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Collaborate on user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Python Fullstack development (Django/ Flask/ FastAPI, SQL, ReactJS)
• Must have at least one cloud certification, preferably GCP/ professional data certification
• A degree in computer science or in a relevant field is a plus.
• Backend development for a cloud-native application
• Demonstrated interest in Generative AI with hands-on experience in implementing AI models is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
