The project is an AI-powered Cultural Intelligence Platform that combines cultural insight, media activation, and resonance measurement to support inclusive marketing performance. It serves brands in Gaming, Tech, and E-Commerce, using proprietary AI and custom DSP technologies to help marketers turn cultural trends into measurable impact.

Задачи

• Build, maintain, and evolve the core backend architecture, APIs, and business logic using Python and Django


• Develop AI-driven features, focusing on GraphRAG pipelines using OpenAI, Neo4j, QuantDB, LangIndex, and MCP Lead integrations with third-party SSP/DSP platforms, focusing on reporting and activation APIs for Pubmatic, Index Exchange, Equativ, and Knorex


• Architect and manage background jobs using Celery for scoring algorithms, CSV processing, and automated report generation


• Deploy, integrate, and scale services in AWS, including S3 and other native services


• Contribute to technical decisions, including the roadmap for migrating from the current Django monolith to newer frameworks as the platform scales

Требования

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience in product-focused backend development using Python


• Strong knowledge of Django 4.2 and Django REST Framework


• Experience working with LLMs, specifically OpenAI, and deep practical knowledge of GraphRAG architectures


• Hands-on experience with Neo4j and familiarity with QuantDB, LangIndex, and MCP


• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS


• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, Docker, and Gunicorn


• Strong understanding of API design, asynchronous processing, and background job orchestration


• Strong debugging, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills


• Ability to work within a distributed team


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience


• English proficiency at B1+/B2 level


• Будет плюсом: understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, media buying chains, and SSP/DSP roles; experience integrating reporting or activation APIs for Pubmatic, Index Exchange, Equativ, or Knorex; basic familiarity with Django Templates and vanilla JavaScript for full-stack tasks
