Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Python Engineer with an AI background for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade Python services powering a healthcare-tech commerce and financing platform.

You will develop AI/ML models, integrate them into production, collaborate with product, data, and platform teams, and ensure code quality, testing, and scalable solutions. This role requires four days on site weekly.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Python applications experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML background (model development, integration, or deployment).
• Experience designing and consuming APIs for scalable services.
• Strong fundamentals: testing, version control, code quality.
