Job summary

Citi is launching the Reactivate Your Career Program for Python developers in India, inviting engineers returning from a career break to join its Application Development stream.

Selected candidates will re-enter software engineering with hands-on work in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms, supported by a structured induction starting September 2026, and a hybrid work model where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in software development with a strong focus on Python.
• Strong understanding of Python and its ecosystem, including Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience including cluster management, deployment (Helm charts), and monitoring.
• Docker containerization experience; building secure images.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• GenAI/AgenticAI development exposure; knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
