Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Senior Python Developer to work on a surveillance system, applying object‑oriented Python with React for the front end and Quartz scheduling.

This 12-18 month contract offers $60-$65 per hour, W2 only (no C2C). Roles are in Jersey City, with Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX as client locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Python development experience.
• Strong OOP Python skills and design patterns.
• Experience with Quartz or equivalent scheduling tool.
• React front-end experience.
• Knowledge of trading concepts and markets.

Responsibilities

• Senior Python Dev with React and Quartz to work on surveillance system (object oriented).
• Develop and maintain Python services for the surveillance system.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to implement UI features using React.
