We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs, working closely with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask). Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-tested code. Conduct peer code reviews and promote modern Python practices (type hinting, async processing, design patterns). Containerize applications using Docker and build/optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless deployment. Design schema models, write optimized SQL queries, and work with ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) alongside relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Integrate third-party APIs and services while ensuring low latency, high availability, and strong security standards. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams; mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate the team's overall technical capability.

Требования

4+ years of professional backend software development experience using Python. Deep understanding of Python core concepts (OOP, functional programming, memory management, async/concurrency, and data structures). Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade REST APIs and distributed microservices architectures. Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks. Commitment to writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Pytest. Advanced proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (Pull Requests, branching strategies, code reviews). Upper-intermediate English level. Будет плюсом: Solid hands‑on experience with Docker (writing optimized Dockerfiles and Docker Compose); Highly desirable experience setting up and managing GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing and deployment.
