Job summary

Scadea Software Solutions is seeking a Python GenAI Developer to build enterprise-grade AI solutions for a banking client. You will develop GenAI/LLM-based applications in Python, create RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions, and build backend services with FastAPI/Flask.

We are looking for a Python GenAI Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to develop enterprise-grade AI solutions for a banking client.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM-based applications using Python.
• Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI/Flask.
• Integrate LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Implement vector search using Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Follow enterprise security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and Embeddings.

Banking Domain

• Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, Financial Services, or FinTech is preferred.
• Exposure to KYC, AML, fraud, payments, lending, risk, or compliance is an advantage.

Experience

5+ years of overall software development experience with 2+ years of hands‑on GenAI/LLM experience preferred.
