Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking a skilled backend/data engineer to develop and maintain a fund valuation system and related data pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, Linux expertise, and excellent analytical abilities, with a degree in CS/Engineering. Experience with data visualization and web frontends is a plus.

2. Working closely with other developers to design and build metadata database schemas and data pipelines that support seamless data flows throughout the trading and valuation platforms.

3. Developing automated reporting and analytics tools to help identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.

4. Ensuring the data quality and accuracy of all back office data feeds and transaction processing systems.

5. Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in the trading platform’s back office operational processes.

Required skills and qualifications:
