• Meet with healthcare providers to understand their needs and gather functional requirements.
• Design, architect, and develop end-to-end GenAI web-based solutions.
• Apply Generative AI, NLP, and large data techniques to solve complex problems.
• Utilize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and similarity search in solutions.
• Implement secure coding practices and document code using tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to iterate and improve GenAI tools.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and system integration.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Python development experience in full stack or backend roles.
• Experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or NLP applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud tools: Azure SQL, Azure OpenAI, Open Compute, API integrations.
• Familiarity with RAG architecture and similarity search across large datasets.
• Strong foundation in Natural Language Analysis using Python.
• Experience with interface design and user-centered development.
• Experience with Masked Language Modeling (MLM) is a strong plus.
• Secure coding practices and familiarity with AI development best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field.
