Job summary

ManTech seeks a driven and mission-focused Python Developer to join our Herndon, VA team. You will design and develop software components, support IC missions, and work with architects, data engineers, and system engineers to deliver secure solutions.

Qualifications include 7+ years in software development, 3+ years Python, SQL, front-end/full stack, and active TS/SCI with polygraph. Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs, Linux, Jira, and CI/CD is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of recent experience developing with Python
• Experience in SQL and database management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
• Understanding of Linux/Unix operating system environments
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, daily SCRUM, and JIRA
• Experience working with Node.js.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure

Clearance Requirements

Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
