Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a talented Python Developer for a 6+ month contract in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The role is onsite and focuses on building AI-driven applications and microservices using Python, with RAG integration and AI agent orchestration.

You will work with FastAPI/Flask/Django, containerization, and cloud platforms to deploy production-ready code. Strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, and vector stores is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software experience with deep Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and NLP, including vector stores.
• Knowledge of web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, Git version control, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven applications and microservices using Python.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and orchestrate AI agents using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Crew AI.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise vector databases and external REST APIs.
• Optimize backend performance and deploy production-ready code via Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Python Developer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite).

Pay Range

$68 - $70/hour.
