What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct analysis of data related to the Independent Disputes and Resolution (IDR) program
• Document and communicate reporting requirements, rules, and methodologies for data collection and analysis
• Review and analyze collected data to evaluate system or network performance and health
• Write Python code to perform in-depth data analysis and recommend system changes
• Present data findings in various formats to internal teams and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of related experience
• 7+ years of experience working with data and completing data analysis activities
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Python and SQL, including data extraction and ETL pipelines
• Experience building and redesigning interactive Tableau dashboards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the Healthcare Service Industry or with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Visual Force
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases for software solution recommendations
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• High-level experience in managing large-scale databases and translating business requirements into lay terms
