• Identify and implement opportunities to automate existing data conversion processes.
• Help maintain the stability of backend systems supporting the voice-data platform.
• Support enhancements and new features for the existing systems.
• Work with technologies including PySpark, AWS Glue, Spark, and Python.
• Perform data-related work using existing models and pipelines rather than developing the underlying data models.
• Potentially contribute to API/backend development using Python.
• Support planned technical and network upgrades affecting the platform.
• Work independently, manage assigned work, communicate effectively with the team, and raise risks or issues when they arise.
