Fractal is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js) to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise web applications and APIs. You will work with Product, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML teams to deliver robust solutions.

Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js) with strong experience in building scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Cloud, Data, and AI/ML teams to design, develop, and deploy modern enterprise solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and ReactJS.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OLTP/OLAP concepts.
• Experience with Microservices and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Understanding of scalable backend architectures, performance optimization, and multithreading.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure or AWS
• Experience supporting high-traffic applications.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or Apache.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion) is a plus.

Education

• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120000 - $130000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
