Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in New York seeks an experienced Python AI Engineer to join an Agile team building healthcare applications and advancing AI features with robust coding standards.

You will leverage Python stacks (FastAPI, Flask, Django), implement ML models, and collaborate across data, backend, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and CI/CD practices will help ensure quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Hands-on ML/AI experience with model evaluation and validation.
• Experience with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong data structures, algorithms and OOP knowledge.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git and Agile methodologies.

As a Python AI Engineer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in Python development


• Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)


• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts, including: o Supervised and unsupervised learning o Model evaluation and validatio


• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)


• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts


• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Generative AI / LLMs, prompt engineering, or model fine-tuning
