Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation seeks an experienced AI engineer to lead prototyping and research-driven development. The role requires 12+ years in IT and 5+ years in AI engineering, ML prototyping, or similar tasks, with strong Python fluency and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

You will work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and HuggingFace ecosystems, build rapid prototypes, and translate research concepts into scalable solutions while documenting progress for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, research engineering, ML prototyping, or similar roles.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, LangChain, LangSmith, CrewAI, vector databases, and other modern GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build rapid prototypes and POCs for AI-driven solutions.
• Translate cutting-edge research concepts into practical technical implementations.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI systems with existing platforms.

Job description

• Excellent communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity-driven mindset and commitment to daily research, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple research tracks, prototypes, and fast-moving developments.

Added Bonus if You Have

• Experience withfine-tuning, LoRA, or custom model training.
