Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Python/AI Developer to modernize a legacy codebase into a scalable technology stack. You will work on AI-assisted development, backend services, and automation within Agile teams spanning Wealth Management, Banking, and Infrastructure sectors.

The role emphasizes building AI-driven applications, integrating LLMs, and applying best practices in OOP, DDD, and cloud-native design. Collaboration with architects and analysts is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Core Python development.
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience building AI applications, agents, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs into applications/workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model interaction design.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions using AI-assisted tools.
• Build AI-driven applications and intelligent agents using Agentic AI frameworks and LLM integrations.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Python and frameworks like Django, FastAPI or Flask.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, reviews, unit testing, and development optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale automation systems and workflow-based solutions.
• Implement automation workflows using queues, event-driven architectures.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and maintenance of applications.
• Develop and execute unit tests with pytest, unittest, and other frameworks.
• Apply OOP, DDD, and software engineering best practices.
