Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Core Python development.
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architecture and AI agent development.
• Strong knowledge of Python data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Pytest and Unittest.

Responsabilités

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to build Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and LLM integrations.
• Develop AI agents, implement prompt engineering, and design model interaction workflows.
• Generate and review Python code while ensuring quality, security, maintainability, and adherence to OOP principles.
• Design and execute unit test cases using Pytest, Unittest, and other testing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-scale automation systems and workflow-based solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build custom Python libraries and configure queue-based automation workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, system integration, and architectural design.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Document automation procedures, technical designs, and development processes.

We are seeking an experienced Python/AI Developer to modernize legacy applications and build scalable, AI-driven solutions using modern development technologies. The candidate will work within an Agile team, collaborating with Wealth Management, Infrastructure, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills, hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLM integration, automation frameworks, and enterprise application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Model Interaction Design.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other Python data/ML libraries.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Pytest and Unittest.
• 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale automation systems.
• Experience in process engineering and process re-engineering.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including encapsulation, extensibility, and maintainability.
• Experience developing workflow-based solutions and queue-based automation.
• Experience building and maintaining custom libraries.
