Job summary

Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) is seeking a Master Fitter to drive in-store and mobile club fittings, delivering a superior client experience and expert product knowledge. The role emphasizes accurate fitting, data reporting, and collaboration with the store team to maximize revenue.

The candidate should have 2+ years of golf fitting or sales experience, a valid US driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Location: Atlanta, GA area with some travel and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of golf fitting and/or sales experience preferred.
• Prior experience in golf retail sales and client service is a plus.
• Prior club fitting/building experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience while properly custom-fitting all potential PXG clients.
• Maintain a positive, client-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to needs with solutions.
• Engage with PXG clients in-store, educate, and move clients into the fitting experience.
• Input daily client orders and track orders through delivery for accuracy and satisfaction.
• Support store team with inventory, client order management, and opening/closing duties.
• Assist with Call Center calls following procedures and processes.

Description:

The Master Fitter is responsible for retail store-based client engagement and education, performing golf club custom fittings, and providing an overall high level of quality service in all areas of the store. This may also include mobile fitting operations around the store location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client experience while properly custom-fitting all potential PXG clients, ensuring the best possible equipment for them
• Maintain a positive, client-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to their needs and offering creative solutions
• Engage with PXG clients within the store, utilize product knowledge to educate and move clients into the fitting experience
• Gather, input, and report back customer-based data
• Provide clear and consistent follow-up promptly to all existing and potential clients
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration between team members
• Increase revenue while meeting deadlines and working in an organized manner
• Manage and organize daily/weekly schedules in conjunction with team members to maximize revenue and efficiency
• Input daily client orders accurately and track all orders through delivery to confirm the accuracy and client satisfaction
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge
• Support the store team in operational tasks as required by leadership, i.e., inventory, client order management, and opening/closing responsibilities
• Assist with Call Center inbound and outbound calls utilizing Player Support Procedures and Processes
• Help execute green grass fitting days and other store awareness events around the metro when needed
• Perform other related duties as required

Job Skills Required:

• Superior customer service skills

• Driver's License and ability to drive a mobile fitting van
• Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Job Skills Preferred:

• Prior experience in golf retail sales and client service preferred
• Prior club fitting/building experience is preferred

Education:

• HS Degree or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred

Travel:

• This position is store-based, with occasional road travel required as needed (20% travel potential). Candidates must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record for consideration.

Compensation: $45,000+ commissions (all in earning potential $70,000-$90,000). (In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.)

Working Conditions:

This position works in a retail store/golf shop environment, and mobile fitting environment (Golf Course, Driving Range) Must be able to bend, crouch, sit, stand, and lift. The position is primarily remote-based, but in-store retail hours will be required as needed.
