Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a new Bartender at American Bonded, Denver. We are excited to find a new family member. Below is a description of the role, give it a read-through, and if you think “Hell yeah!”, we’d love to start a conversation.

About This Career

As the bartender, you are the heart and soul of our company and the main reason why our guests return to our bars. You have the opportunity to embrace your individuality to create memories and meaningful connections, which is the essence of building regulars. While the act of bartending is fast-paced, mentally and physically demanding, you must be like a swan on a lake: graceful and elegant on the surface, constantly moving below. Your responsibilities include practicing responsible service, supporting your team, and stewarding every aspect of the guest’s experience.

Position Duties:

• Be punctual and ready to hustle
• Provide responsible service of alcohol
• Know all the products, drink recipes, and preparation techniques at your bar
• Serve each guest with love, kindness, and enthusiasm
• Lookout for and nurture your Barbacks
• Foster relationships and build community around the bar
• Make a connection with every guest
• Welcome people into the community and family of your bar
• Continuously develop your craft through listening, reading, and research
• Ensure quality over convenience in every aspect of service

About This Bar

American Bonded is a neighborhood bar named after the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. It emphasizes quality products and highlights the craft and congeniality of the bartender. While focusing on American Whiskey, our goal is for guests to leave happier and more fulfilled than when they arrived.
