Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a manufacturing associate in Wilmington, OH. The role involves visually inspecting and sorting scrap PVC material, operating a grinder, mixer, and pulverizing machines, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. OT may be required. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and punctual and able to follow procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously for the shift.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspecting and sorting scrap PVC material.
• Process material through grinder, mixer, and pulverizing machines.
• Other duties as assigned.
