Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service calls: diagnose issues, present solutions, and execute repairs.
• Install and repair electrical systems including lighting, wiring, and EV chargers.
• Sell and install panel upgrades and coordinate with project coordinator.
• Design and sell aging system improvements: surge protection, rewiring, and safety upgrades.
• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential solar PV systems, including inverter replacements.
• Troubleshoot production or monitoring issues and correct installation deficiencies.
• Provide quotes for system upgrades or modernization.
• Prepare equipment and parts lists; document work with photos and notes.
• Maintain organized work vehicle and ensure safe ladder/rooftop work.
