Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One of six supervisory criteria listed above is required.
• Experience in supervision within manufacturing/production settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of photovoltaic modules in accordance with quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate on-the-job training of manufacturing associates.
• Maintain all associate records and timekeeping in Kronos.
• Use TOC methodology to maximize throughput and participate in continuous improvement.
• Interface with other departments and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage day-to-day issues with Manufacturing Specialists.
