Responsibilities

• Directs daily production of Photovoltaic modules in assigned area to meet quality standards and cost targets.
• Coordinates on-the-job training of manufacturing personnel.
• Maintains associate records and uses Kronos for timekeeping.
• Ensures safe practices and 5S housekeeping.
• Interfaces with other departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Drives continuous improvement and analyzes process bottlenecks.
