Job summary

Leeward Renewable Energy seeks a Procurement Specialist (P2) to support PV project development and construction. This in-office role requires three days per week on site in Dallas, with hybrid flexibility for two remote days, subject to policy.

Responsibilities include sourcing major PV equipment, obtaining competitive bids, and managing supplier relationships while ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Associates or BS in a related field.
• 2+ years of procurement and equipment purchasing experience; PV experience a plus.
• Energy industry experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of purchase agreements and contractual risks.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contacts with major equipment manufacturers and service suppliers for PV projects.
• Ensure competitive bids for equipment and service contracts; verify pricing aligns with budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of Owner Supplied Equipment.
• Provide updates on contractual timelines and obligations.
