Maximus is seeking a Pursuit Enablement Intern to assist the government Health and Human Services market with business development and solutions analysis. You will explore market data, research competitors, and help model strategic operations to identify new revenue opportunities.

Selected interns will gain exposure to cross‑team collaboration with project leaders and senior management, with guidance and training on operations standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Must have completed a minimum 2 years of coursework.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented work environment.
• Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook and MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Rising senior or Graduate level student highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to support the Business Development department.
• Support process improvements and project deliverables.
• Research potential market trends.
• Assist in special projects in the Business Development department.
• Assist with ad‑hoc reporting and other tasks.
