Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Pursuit Enablement Intern to support government Health and Human Services market opportunities. The role focuses on analyzing market data, researching competitors, and building strategic models to drive new revenue growth.

You will collaborate with project teams, gain exposure to corporate structure and government processes, and contribute ideas for AI-enabled process improvements. This 10-week summer internship runs 40 hours per week, with standard business hours, remotely

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a related degree.
• Must have completed at least 2 years of coursework.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with customer service mindset.
• Experience using AI/spreadsheet/database/reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to support the Business Development department.
• Support process improvements and project deliverables.
• Research potential market trends.
• Assist in special projects in the Business Development department.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and other tasks.
