Job summary

Maximus seeks a Pursuit Enablement Intern to support our government Health and Human Services market teams by analyzing market data, researching competitors, and helping build strategic operational models to identify opportunities.

This summer internship is remote within the United States, runs for 10 weeks (June 1–August 13, 2027), requires 40 hours per week, and offers benefits and potential academic credit upon approval.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a college degree in a related field.
• Must have completed a minimum 2 years of coursework.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.
• Rising senior or Graduate level student highly preferred
• Ability to use AI, spreadsheet, database, and/or reporting software to do analysis

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to support the Business Development department.
• Support process improvements and project deliverables.
• Research potential market trends.
• Assist in special projects in the Business Development department.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and other tasks.
