Qualifications

• Requires degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CFY welcome to apply; experience in skilled nursing or related setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
• Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and plan individualized therapy.
• Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
