THE OPPORTUNITY

Purpose Built Communities is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative, and technically skilled Director of Measurement and Impact to help strengthen how the organization and its Network use data and evidence to understand progress, inform decisions, and tell a collective story of impact.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Impact and Learning, the Director will translate Purpose Built’s impact measurement framework into practical research plans, evaluation strategies, data collection protocols, and evidence-building initiatives. This person will help ensure that information is not simply collected, but interpreted and applied in ways that strengthen programs, support organizational learning, and improve outcomes across Network Member communities.
