Job Description

The Cook position at Purity Spring Resort will be responsible for executing restaurant food and/or banquet food in accordance with provided menus, recipes, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and kitchen specifications.
• Perform shared kitchen team tasks including but not limited to: cleaning and organizing, opening, and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
• Stock and use all cleaning supplies as intended.
• Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.
• Prepare recipes to order for timing, quality, and consistency.
