Job summary

ADMA Biologics is seeking a Technician I, Purification in Boca Raton, FL. This role involves manufacturing plasm products through purification steps including ultrafiltration, chromatography, and nanofiltration, under supervision.

Responsibilities include equipment sanitation, process operation, accuracy in batch documentation, and supporting training of peers. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and GMP/cGMP compliance with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• GMP experience is required.
• Ability to follow cGMPs and procedures with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture plasm products via protein separation and other tasks involving Ultrafiltration, Chromatography, and Nanofiltration.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after use.
• Perform pH and conductivity measurements and buffer additions.
• Operate Ultrafiltration systems and Process Automated System (PAS).
• Prepare and take product samples and maintain batch records.
• Assist Group Leaders in training other technicians.
