Job summary

Evotec (US) Inc. in Redmond, WA seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Operations for Purification to lead a 24/7 shift with strong on-the-floor presence and deep purification expertise.

You will develop and maintain cGMP documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and train staff while supporting start-up commissioning, validation, and tech transfer efforts, including audits and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP requirements to ensure compliance.
• Significant experience in purification operations for biotherapeutics.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shift to cover 24/7 operation with on-the-floor presence.
• Generate and maintain cGMP manufacturing and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and/or provide technical expertise and lead investigations.
• Ensure staff training and compliance, execute start-up commissioning and validation activities.
• Participate in technology/process transfer, schedule planning, and assist audits and regulatory inspections.
