Job summary

Actalent in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Purification Lab Technician to support GMP-compliant manufacturing. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment, operating an Ultrafiltration system, and handling chromatography processes with up to 80 cm columns.

This contract-to-hire position requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work 7 am–7 pm, and contribute to batch records and training of other technicians. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Work Environment

This role operates within a manufacturing environment regulated by FDA and GMP standards. The shift is 5 days on and 2 days off, with hours from 7 am to 7 pm. The facility functions 24/7/365, and the position involves both standing and desk work. Physical demands include lifting, pulling, and carrying materials up to 75 pounds, with potential exposure to airborne particles, chemicals, and other conditions typical of manufacturing and laboratory environments. The facility is accessible via Tri-Rail with a free shuttle service to the Boca Tri-Rail station. Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
