Job Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Associate will contribute to the Downstream Manufacturing group within a state-of-the-art biologic manufacturing facility.
• Seek a highly self-motivated individual willing to contribute to development, qualification, and operation of downstream processes.
• Tasks include column packing, chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), aseptic filling for biologics pipeline.
• Assist in developing SOPs and Master Batch Records for the downstream group.
• Perform purification operations such as chromatography, TFF, CIP, and packing.
• Develop and write documentation independently related to Purification.
• Help troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Handle deviations, change controls, and investigations using TrackWise or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cGMP guidelines.
• Train other associates and participate in cross-training as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Lead purification operations when required.
• Assist in validation activities like FAT, SAT, IOQ, and PQ.
• Multi-task effectively and collaborate with team members.
• Complete all training documentation timely.
• Analyze process samples using pH meters, spectrophotometers, etc.
• Review manufacturing documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
