KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting directly to the Owner, the Pure Barre Teacher is responsible for teaching classes and executing the Pure Barre technique properly. Teachers must complete a 4-day training, either virtually or at a corporate training center, along with significant at-home study and certification preparation before teaching classes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach a minimum of four classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to teach 2 weekend days per month.
• Prepare thoroughly for each class and learn choreography updates quarterly.
• Arrive 15 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after each class.
• Attend quarterly meetings and ongoing education workshops.
• Assist with studio tidiness.
• Demonstrate exercises such as lifting hand weights and full-body pushups while maintaining high energy for 50-minute classes.
• Complete an accredited CPR/AED course.

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
