Job summary

O.C. Tanner is seeking a Purchasing Technology Analyst to support global purchasing and supply chain teams by improving digital tools and coordinating supplier partnerships.

You'll help streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive user adoption across SAP/ERP tools and e-commerce platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams including purchasing, merchandising, client support, and tech.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and technical certification, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business technology, data analytics, e‑commerce, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years supporting e‑commerce, merchandising, digital tools, business systems or vendor programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier/vendor partnership activities and promotional support.
• Support purchasing technology tools, documentation, records, and supplier engagement materials.
• Assist with system, workflow, reporting, and user adoption improvements.
• Coordinate vendor rebates, supplier promotions, banner/content requests, and related merchandising support.
• Maintain promotional calendars, tracking vendor programs and campaigns.
• Create and develop reports, dashboards, or data quality improvements.
