Qualifications

• Must be a high school junior or senior or college/university student.
• Strong interest in business, procurement, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing team with administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with Change Management work (ER and VPCR) and related documentation processes.
• Conduct basic data analysis and reporting with guidance from Purchasing team members.
• Enter and maintain data in purchasing and business systems with high accuracy.
• Review information for completeness and identify discrepancies for team review.
• Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
• Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support purchasing projects and continuous improvement.
