Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Applied Engineering, Data Management, Contracting, Pre-Law, or related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (official transcript verification).
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of Purchasing training programs, including Core Purchasing Concepts, Basic Purchasing, and Strategic Purchasing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing stakeholders to develop new training content and update existing learning materials.
• Maintain training schedules and support the administration of training resources within SharePoint.
• Assist with the ongoing Procedure SharePoint project by identifying process gaps and helping create or update procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing teams on supplier relations initiatives, communication projects, and strategic improvements, including enhancements to the Supplier Portal.
