Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or data analytics.
• 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, or related operations.
• Ability to analyze problems and prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP and create purchase orders to support production and inventory needs.
• Maintain and revise purchase orders, including lead times and delivery dates.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and supplier acknowledgments; monitor open orders.
• Expedite critical materials and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, inventory, and finance to resolve issues.
• Support ERP implementations and purchasing process improvements.
