Senior Technical Recruiter & ATS Lead Administrator at Trace Systems

The Purchasing Specialist will track purchase requests, quote materials, obtian funding approvals, and procure materials across the program.

• Maintain multiple spreadsheets tracking all procurement-related activities
• Ability to generate weekly and ad hoc customer reports
• Process purchase requests (PRs) in Cost Point
• Must have a general understanding of the FAR and DFAR
• Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier diversity
• Ability to maintain relationships with the customer, vendors, and internal management
• Ability to conduct market research to ensure fair and reasonable pricing
• Ongoing monitoring and proactive management of outstanding procurement actions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Collaborate with customers to understand their purchasing requirements
• Must have excellent communication and organization skills

Minimum Qualifications

• An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, OR an Associate’s degree plus seven (7) total years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
