Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Hutchins, Texas is seeking an energetic Purchasing Representative to join our manufacturing team. You will create and process purchase orders, source pricing, and support daily purchasing operations.

This role offers day-one benefits, a Monday–Friday shift 7:00am–3:00pm, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned company that values reliability and strong supplier relationships.

Your Opportunity

Taylor Corporation is looking for an energetic Purchasing Representative to join our dynamic manufacturing team and contribute to our success at our Hutchins, facility!

Work Authorization

To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders for materials and supplies
• Research, interview, and communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and specifications
• Provide routine administrative support to the purchasing team
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information
• Follow established purchasing guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Work under supervision to support daily purchasing operations

Your Shift

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

You Must Have

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in purchasing or office support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes

We Would Also Prefer

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or office environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
